What’s Included:

With every BikeCaffe franchise you will receive the following:

• A fully equipped, custom built and proprietary BikeCaffe Coffee Bike, complete with espresso machine, smoothie preparation equipment, electric refrigerator, 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink, 6 gallon hot water heater, syrup speedrail, inverter electric system, food display, rear mounted electric cooler, large fresh and waste water tanks and removable canopy with storage.
• A custom 12 foot vehicle trailer with ramp and storage, complete with BikeCaffe Custom Graphics and Wrap Package.
• An initial inventory of coffee, cups and serving supplies and other accessories needed to prepare the BikeCaffe menu.
• High Volume, BikeCaffe Coffee Grinder.
• An initial supply of custom marketing materials and Operator Dress, including BikeCaffe Aprons and other branding items.
• Enrollment in the BikeCaffe Braista Training Program and up to one week of additional training at our Boulder, CO office.
• BikeCaffe Location Finding Service – Yes, we will help you find a great location for your BikeCaffe, so you can start business the day your BikeCaffe arrives in your town.
• BikeCaffe Health Department Approval Assistance – Anxious about your BikeCaffe passing your local Health Department Requirements? No problem, we will work with your local health department to ensure the needed approvals are obtained.
  
• Comprehensive training manuals, covering all aspects of the BikeCaffe operation, including mechanical topics, menu preparation and customer service requirements.
• A copy of the BikeCaffe franchise operations manual.
• On-going support and training from our office, where needed.

What’s Required:

We intend to make owning a BikeCaffe as easy as riding a bike, and we have kept the initial and on-going requirements as simple as possible.

As a BikeCaffe franchisee you will be required to do the following:

1. Pay $19,500 to order your BikeCaffe’s construction.
2. Review and Sign the BikeCaffe Franchise Agreement and pay the remaining franchise costs, prior to your BikeCaffe shipment. (or apply/qualify for financing)
3. Personally (or arrange for a driver) pick up of your BikeCaffe Trailer which will hold your new BikeCaffe and full initial stock and supplies from our Boulder, CO location.
4. Complete the BikeCaffe Barista Training Program in Boulder, CO.
5. Begin your BikeCaffe operations within 60 days
6. Pay us a Weekly Franchise Royalty Fee
7. Purchase the required coffee, cups & supplies from our office and suppliers
8. Continue to operate your business according to our core standards
